1970
Tony and I brought in (Sir) Cameron Mackintosh, ex-Rada, as Production Manager for the musical ‘Nell’ to solve a production problem.  
This was Cameron’s first full-scale musical.                                            
Toured Australia every 18 months/two years.

1973
(Sir) CAMERON MACKINTOSH put us together with WILLIS and HALL  to write the score for  ‘THE CARD’,   a musical starring   JIM DALE, MILLICENT MARTIN, MARTI WEBB and JOHN SAVIDEN

1974
Rock Nativity’ premiered at Tyneside University Theatre, Newcastle, Christmas 1974. Commissioned by (Sir) Cameron Mackintosh
We wrote Rock Nativity with David Wood, a fantastic Childen’s writer.
GORDON SUMNER   played big double bass in the orchestra (now STING?)

1978
Moved to Ireland, living in Dublin for four years.

Hosted  WORDS and MUSIC’ Show  working with the RADIO  TV  EIRE  Concert  Orchestra

Hosted  ‘ITs a MUSICAL WORLD’   – two 13-week series, with guests
